We believe in express shipping and most of your orders are shipped within 3 working days if the item is in stock and 5-7 working days if they are made to order once the order is placed. Specialty items like embroidered saris and wedding wear may take longer for which a mutually consented timeframe will be adhered. At Jelaby Fashion, we strive to deliver our products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer/manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Described below are the site-wide shipping policies of Jelaby Fashion which apply to all sales and purchases made on the website. These policies are applicable to shop-level policies which are available in the footer area.
SHIPPING IN INDIA
Shipping in India is free of charge. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use BlueDart, Ekart, Delhivery, ExpressBees, and Speed Post services to deliver in India.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from the Jelaby Fashion Customer Support Team for the same. In case you wish to return a product, reach us at info@jelabyfashion.com within 24 – 48 hours of product delivery.
All products are to be returned to the Jelaby Fashion facility in their original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully.
The safe receipt of products by Jelaby Fashion is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
